Update on 12week training
Ok so I’ve been seriously at this thing for two weeks with only 2 days of rest in between. So now its back to 5 and 2’s. I’ve been feeling good so far. I have a few areas that need attention, other than that its going smooth. Dieting is the one thing that everyone should stick with.

In case anyone has been following my workout tracker, please forgive me for not keeping current with my workouts. I will make a better effort to log each training day in once completed. Thanks for working with me.
