Ok so I’ve been seriously at this thing for two weeks with only 2 days of rest in between. So now its back to 5 and 2’s. I’ve been feeling good so far. I have a few areas that need attention, other than that its going smooth. Dieting is the one thing that everyone should stick with.

Monday 29 March 09 started my official kickoff for my workout. I had planned on waiting at least another week because I’m still currently in basketball season, we are undefeated by the way….lol. Seriously, I couldn’t resist getting it going this week because well, i just couldn’t resist…ha, ha. Besides playoffs start today and finals is set for next Monday, weather permitting. Wish me luck!
