I, on the otherhand, gained 10 pounds! It’s sooo not fair! I do tons of cardio, eat right, and still I’m fatter than I’ve EVER been in my life! I’ve tried different diet pills, and still gaining! I’ve tried different programs, I’m just beyond frustrated. And, I get comments about "Now that Chris has gotten onstage, when are we going to see you up there?". Onstage?!!! Heck, I just want to not have to go buy bigger pants! Smaller pants would be much nicer to buy. Any ideas out there???

To say that I am feeling frustrated with my training results would not be strong enough. For the past 5 months I have been trying to watch what I eat, do all the things I am supposed to be doing (i.e., cardio and weight training, etc.) and have gotten nowhere. UGH! I do work two jobs, and recently the physical activity level at my job changed… I went from lifting heavy things up and down a ladder all day to basically a desk job. So, I do realize that this change has contributed to my "lack of results". Before the job change, what I have been doing training-wise would have accomplished the results I wanted. Now, however, all of the work I am doing is just maintaining where I am currently. (If I wasn’t doing that, I am terrified as to how much weight I would have put on in the past couple of months…EEEEK!) So, here’s my dilemma… there are only so many days and hours in a week. I am already spending between 6-10 hours in the gym a week (approx. 5 days a week; 1-2 hours each session). There isn’t enough time to double what I am already doing in order to get some positive results…so what do I do now? Summer is coming and I am hating the way I look at this moment. There is no way I would feel comfortable in a clingy tank top! Any suggestions on reliable fat burning????
