					<description>Here's what causes me to lose weight very fast.   Mark off the street in front of the house (with spray paint-get the environemental kind) in 10 yard increments.  Then run sprints like you are qualifying for the Olympics.  30,50,70,90,100, 80, 60, 40.  It takes about 15 min.  do it 3x per week.  

It works because it is cardio, but it does not break down the muscle as much as cardio. 

Walk between sprints back to the finish line.

Get good at this and then race Chris while he is insane from lack of carbs.  He'll never remember the race, so tell him you won and then never race again.  You've already won so there is no point in racing again. lol</description>
