I’ve been trying to put on the lbs. and it’s just not going the way i would like it to. I’m consuming 3500-5000 cals. a day and limiting my cardio to about 20 min. twice a week. However, my weight has dropped several pounds in the past few weeks, the brightside of it all is that my BF% is down to around 8 and i keep stacking on more weights each week so i know somethings working well just confused with what my body is wanting to do. i certainly would like to gain size but maybe my body gettin adjusted to the new routine, maybe i need even more calories, who knows it’s gonna be trial and error from here on out. I’m loving my new cuts and my back and chest keep adding inches and my waist keeps losing them so i’m developing a nice V shape torso. I’m not gonna let this weightgaining get the best of me I just have keep going back to the old drawing board i suppose. Hope everyone’s see progress on their goals.

I try to minimize the fat burn and focus on a constant hr. Anyway I’m stumped, i keep eating and tho somedays it might not be enough to gain much weight it’s certainly more than enough to keep from losing it but for some reason the powers that be are working against me. If anybody’s been in the same boat or has any meal plans, thoughts, or ideas, i’m willing to try (almost) anything.

Well this week will be my first full week of bulking while using Cyto Gainer, a muscle mass gainer from Cyto Sports. I try and eat as much as possible but i’ve noticed my boss giving me "the eye" lately, and i think it might be that i’m always eating, i don’t let it get in the way of work but it seems he always walks in when i’ve got food in hand. Other than work prohibiting my calorie intake, most days it seems inpossible to eat nearly enough. Sure i could get calories from junk but that’s not in the best interest of my health. It’s recomended to take the gainer three times a day. Each serving is 570 calories w/water or 900 w/milk and i’m going to go with the milk i need all the calories i can get, however i’m going to limit myself to two servings a day for the first week or so to see how my stomach handles the new supp. So weight as of today is roughly 176 lbs. Short term goal is 185 lbs. then see how comfortable i am with that size before decided to add any more mass.

I’m three months into my intense training and have stumbled upon a small issue. What used to take me every bit of an hour worth of lifting is now taking just over 30 minutes. I’ve always limited my time between sets and keep increasing weight. I’m acheiving the desired results that i want but in no particular hurry. I don’t know if i should add extra sets to my current routine or possible add a few more exercises or if i should leave well enough alone for a few weeks and see if my results begin to plateau. Any advice would be very helpful.
