Confused?!
I’ve been trying to put on the lbs. and it’s just not going the way i would like it to. I’m consuming 3500-5000 cals. a day and limiting my cardio to about 20 min. twice a week. However, my weight has dropped several pounds in the past few weeks, the brightside of it all is that my BF% is down to around 8 and i keep stacking on more weights each week so i know somethings working well just confused with what my body is wanting to do. i certainly would like to gain size but maybe my body gettin adjusted to the new routine, maybe i need even more calories, who knows it’s gonna be trial and error from here on out. I’m loving my new cuts and my back and chest keep adding inches and my waist keeps losing them so i’m developing a nice V shape torso. I’m not gonna let this weightgaining get the best of me I just have keep going back to the old drawing board i suppose. Hope everyone’s see progress on their goals.
