					<description>Actually, the elbow pain is tennis elbow. I did it to myself about a year ago screwing around with the weights not knowing proper form etc.; it was before I found bb.com. Took 6-8 weeks off the lifting and it's been OK since, if I behave myself. I also got myself one of those forearm collars and wear it when I am lifting. Seems to help, but I still need to be careful. I'm not doing preacher curls, just regular curls you'd do with dumbbells like concentration, incline and alternate, so I'm not putting my arms too close together. Thanks for the tip, though... have to remember that if/when I get into the preacher curls!</description>
