					<description>Thanks, guys.  No argument from me about joining a gym other than I don't have the time.  That's the best part about working out at home, it's instantly available.  Joining a gym would mean a 20 min car ride each way, and probably wait time for the machines, etc. and I just don't have that kind of time available right now.  Now that the good weather is here, I can get into the cardio some more, so that will help the BF situation, though I already do my workouts in an HIT kind of deal where I go right from one set to the next w/o much time in between.  That's something else that would likely not be possible at a gym.  Probably the best thing for me is to look into a decent home gym, the kind with real weights and not rubber bands and rods.</description>
