Week 60

Didn’t write a blog post last week.  Didn’t feel like it.  Damned visitor counter has been broken since August so I have no idea if anyone is even looking at these, and it just didn’t seem like it worth the effort since I have no idea if anyone is reading it.  There’s so many things broken in BodySpace right now: Body blog counter.  Body points counter.  Date indicator on the body stats is stuck at November 19th even though I update it almost daily.  Tried a few msgs to the admin from time to time and no response.  Gotta love it.

Meanwhile, my lifting and etc. has been continuing.  Weekly BF% pinches are unchanged over the last couple of weeks.  Weight has been relatively stable, yet I seem to be getting leaner looking.  That would maybe mean that the fat is slowly changing into muscle (well, muscle is replacing the fat, I know fat doesn’t change into muscle!), but the BF% pinches don’t indicate that.  Strange.

Funny how people view "the new me."  A couple of weeks ago a co-worker was calling me "skinny" which p*ssed me off because I haven’t been busting my rear with the weights for a year to be called "skinny."  Then, this week I saw a retired colleague whom I have not seen in quite a while and he said to me, "Wow, you’ve bulked up, you look great."  Same body, two different views.

Christmas and the feeding frenzy that comes with that is fast approaching.  The first family gathering of the season is next weekend, and I am sure there will be nothing to eat…  Gotta stick with the workout routine and trying to monitor what I eat and keep it in moderation.  Most importantly, I need to keep liftin’.

my female co workers always call me skinny and its a compliment. They are lookin at your waist. Male co workers, hardly ever say a damn thing! Good luck with that yard work thing!

Never thought about the male/female thing with the skinny comment. It was a woman who was calling me skinny.
