Came down with a miserable cold late this week. No fun, that, but I did manage to do an abs workout last night. It actually seemed to unstuff my head a bit, which was most welcome! When I first started the sinus pressure seemed to get worse, to the point that I thought I couldn’t continue, but I waited a couple of minutes for it to pass off and I started again and then the activity made my head clear.
On my tennis elbow problem, earlier in the week I bought one of those tennis elbow brace things and used it in the workouts involving lifting and it seems to work very well. I was able to to lift without further problems or aggravating the problem more. In fact, it appears to have speeded the healing process along as I have had little pain/discomfort since I started using it. Last spring when this last happened, I was uncomfortable for almost two weeks.
My weight is down another pound or so, rah. I’ll do a bf% pinch mid-week and see how I’m doing. Think I’ll do that every two weeks instead of once a month like the other measurements.
