Do You Know If Everything They tell You In Mags. Are True?
Well I’ve been struggling for years to know whats true and whats not. They say not to workout a body part more than once In one week. So I listened for a while and I got small, and muscles got squishy. So I workout fullbody in the morning doing light weight and It feels like I activate my muscles for the day. Then In the afternoon I do heavy in the gym but only two body parts. That pumps me up as well and seems to be working. Also I am young so taking a day off was never a opition for me cause I would get bored, unless I was extremely sore, then I would take a day off. So My suggestion to everyone is do what ever makes you happy, and keep it intense. If It don’t hurt then you ain’t working out. You only live once so give it your all, even if it kills you.
