Getting Pissed Off
Well I followed this program for one week, and I feel week. It said to lift light at 8 reps- 8sets and you’ll grow and get cut cause it’s intence. Well at the end of the week my muscles feel mushy and not solid. That pissed me off, so I did one day of my usual workout. I workout light pushups and curling and so forth with no rest, and heavy in the afternoon and already I feel solid and I lifted like an animal. So **** all these ******* that make you fail and do what makes you happy. Honestly I don’t have a game plan. I just workout like crazy I go from from heavy and superset the **** out of the weight. At the end If I’m not sweating and my arms don’t feel like there going to fall off then I was being a pussy, and I’m never a pussy in the gym. Torturing my body is what makes me happy. Also they say don’t lift for more than an hour **** that I lift for 2 hours just to say and what of it.

Were you taking on the Gironda 8×8 workouts? I actually have very good responses to those when I do it to break a plateau

No it was acually muscle overload I downloaded on my comuter

Some people have hard, dense muscles. Some have soft squishy muscles. Too much density is a bad thing because the muscles take longer to grow in size because they opt for desnity instead. having softer muscle mass makes it easier to add size.
