Yeah I got sick so sweated all out at a job using a sledge hammer all day tried to not let go of the hammer all day and then tore it up at the gym and cardio and now I’m better thats my cure. you just got to say **** that and unload. On the up side of getting sick lost about 4 pounds.

Well I’ve been struggling for years to know whats true and whats not. They say not to workout a body part more than once In one week. So I listened for a while and I got small, and muscles got squishy. So I workout fullbody in the morning doing light weight and It feels like I activate my muscles for the day. Then In the afternoon I do heavy in the gym but only two body parts. That pumps me up as well and seems to be working. Also I am young so taking a day off was never a opition for me cause I would get bored, unless I was extremely sore, then I would take a day off. So My suggestion to everyone is do what ever makes you happy, and keep it intense. If It don’t hurt then you ain’t working out. You only live once so give it your all, even if it kills you. Good luck

Well I followed this program for one week, and I feel week. It said to lift light at 8 reps- 8sets and you’ll grow and get cut cause it’s intence. Well at the end of the week my muscles feel mushy and not solid. That pissed me off, so I did one day of my usual workout. I workout light pushups and curling and so forth with no rest, and heavy in the afternoon and already I feel solid and I lifted like an animal. So **** all these ******* that make you fail and do what makes you happy. Honestly I don’t have a game plan. I just workout like crazy I go from from heavy and superset the **** out of the weight. At the end If I’m not sweating and my arms don’t feel like there going to fall off then I was being a pussy, and I’m never a pussy in the gym. Torturing my body is what makes me happy. Also they say don’t lift for more than an hour **** that I lift for 2 hours just to say and what of it.

Got up early, and did mma cardio for 20 min. Also sprinted and walked for 10 min. I always like to change my cardio so I don’t get used to it, that way its always hard and makes me sweat. I usually never go over 30 min. cause I feel that I loose muscle, and I keep it intense the hole time till it hurts.

I’m a person that can’t sit still, I only take a day off every once and a while. I’m going to try something new, I’m only going to workout 4 days out of the week. I’ve read that 3days off out of the week will make me grow, as long as I eat like and animal every 3 hours but the right kind of food. It’s already driving me nuts, but I think I’m going to try it out for 2 months and see, what do I have to lose. Lifes a gamble

Well I downloaded a book that gives advice on getting big. I wondered how could lifting light get you big. Well it says if you were curling 50 pound dumb bells to a failure of 12 on each arm, to lift half of that, which would be 25 on each arm at 6 sets 6 reps at 45 second rest period inbetween sets for one week. The next week do same weight but 8 sets at 8 reps at 30 second rest time. Well I thought let me try it and when my workout was done my chest was popping out and felt pumped for a while after leaving. make sure to flex while doing sets and while resting.

Some day I feel huge and some day I feel really small. I know how to over come that feeling but sometimes it’s hard. There’s day I want to be cut and there’s day I want just mass. The mind works In misterious ways, but when it comes down to it I realilize I’m doing what I love to do, and that’s working out.

I get pumped up on tricep day cause it’s something I’m good at, I love doing dips with 45 pound plates on my lap I’m up to 6 plates and I super set I do as many as I can on each plate until I get till regular body weight or failure you might say. Over all just syked for the day.

One of my biggest problems are that I can eat alot in one sitting. I just came back from eating chinese food. I ate three plates of food and a plate crab legs and shrimp, and drank a tea. I don,t go out very often but when I do I screw up. I definetly need to do cardio today.

I wanted to test a supplement that I heard about It’s called Plasma Jet. So I just got a one day supply I don’t know if its any good on pumping you up or if its just for blood flow. I guess I will find out in a little while. I will get back to you soon. If you have tried this product out for the 30 days or more let me know if it works. Laters
