Time to start

i havnt blogged in a while, still working out 4 days a week, but no cardio for the last 3weeks, so starting Monday, i am hitting the cardio machines and cleaning diet up, i really want to reach my goal of 7 to 8% body fat.

well, had a good back and bi workout tonight, holding alot of water, but maybe because my diet went for a **** this week, tomorrow i start cardio again and going to stick with it until i hit 195lbs

did chest last night, it is amazing when you change up your routine alittle bit how it hits your muscle different, my chest is so sore, just by changing alittle movement, got to learn to do this every couple of weeks.

im happy with new pics, still have to loose like 7 more pounds to get my abs out, starting to do cardio in morning on empty stomach, see how that goes in the next two weeks.

no cardio in 1 week, i have a newborn and getting little sleep, it is tuff to do cardio in morning when you slept 3 hours a night, i am going to have to suck it up and just do the cardio, the mind is telling me i am tired, and i am lisening to it, mind over matter, i will beat my mind and achieve my goal……………….
