Medial Epicondylitis.
I just found out I have Medial Epicondylitis. Apparently, it's Micro-Tears in my tendon, and I have to give it two - four weeks to heal.
I'm going to attempt to lift weights, since only certain motions cause it pain. Wish me luck!...
Just got back from the doctor...
Meh, news.
Wow, almost injured.
Almost had a shoulder injury there, arm gave out and I tried to stabilize. Tendinitis flared up, but I had a good work out, and now it's time for rest!...
Started training others actively, elbow / forearm / wrist pain partially fi
I've started training other locally. Pretty much free help for anyone who wants to get in shape. I know a lot, but I still have a lot to learn. If you're newer and need help, feel free to ask me anything!... Sadly, my first true new potential partner got sick during my work out. Guess it's pretty intense if you're not used to it.
Elbow and forearm pain is okay, I found that now that I put the gloves back on, it's not bad at all!... I'm feeling great!...
Elbow / Forearm still sucks.
Still in pain, lig. problem probably.
Strength increasing.
Strength increasing, even on a cut. I bet I could do 100 lb Dumbbells on Flat without too much of a problem.
Lost 4 lbs, down to 211. 15 lbs to nearly be at 10% BF.
Ab strength is much higher as well, go core!...
Yeah... Elbow healin'.
Elbow pad is healing, forearm seems to be as well.
Pain is less intense, and seems to be minimizing. Glad it wasn't something too bad.
Update...
Forgot to write, repping with 205 and maxxing 275 now on Bench.
New routine, cleaner diet, cut going well.
Great workout today.
Great work out at the gym. Made decent gains on all leg workouts today. Did ~30 - 40 minutes of mild intensity cardio. Made gains on weighted crunches as well. I feel empowered.
As I was leaving the locker room, I was complimented by someone on my manners. Feels good man.jpeg.
Bench at 180 - Back at old gym
Switched to 5x5 at gym today for Bench, made gains to 180. I started going to my old gym and I'm glad I am. It's much better and there are more options for everything. Just signed up to get a new BF% / "Fitness Age" test done.
Lolwut.

2nd week back in after a 3 month break, bench is back at normal, biceps are on there way there.
Currently on Pump Fuel Platinum, Champion Whey Protein, Multivitamin, Androbolix, and Melatonin (to sleep lol).
Great week so far, adding new exercises and making more quick progress than ever.
