MOVING UP IN WEIGHT
I workout on chest in the this morning, and I did incline barbell presses first starting with a 100lbs to 85lbs to 95lbs back to back.Idid 5 sets 15 to 20 reps. Then flat barbell presses the same way,and decline the same wat as well. I’m getting a real good pump from doing this workout this way.

I’ve been doing a three day split of
Monday: Back/Biceps
Wed: Chest/Shoulder/Triceps
Fri: Legs
I hit cardio five times a week.
I’m eating low calories right now trying to shed some bodyfat and though the weight is dropping I’m still not seeing the fat loss I’m looking forward to. Great that you’re having good workouts and, yeah, it’s a challenge to keep it from getting boring at times.

hey bud.. I think i can help with you bulking up.. The most important factor you havent mentioned is your diet and right now you need calories!! Thats the thing you should focus on more than anything.. Especially if youre going to put yourself through such a crazy intense workout, eat and eat and eat.. Dont take shakes either, eat.. The cleaner the better.. Try and focus on eating twice your bodyweight in protein (grams) and also you can eat carbs moderatly like baked potatos and sweet potatos, black beans and brown rice. Make sure you have a protein shake before you go to sleep, it will help build that muscle!

correction to my first comment.. i meant not to try and supplement all your protein from just shakes.. but try and consume as much food/meals as you can before tyring to supplement with shakes. Some reason our bodies put on better gains from real foods than just protein supplements.
