MOVING UP IN WEIGHT
August 12, 2007I workout on chest in the this morning,and I did incline barbell presses first starting with a 100lbs to 85lbs to 95lbs back to back.Idid 5 sets 15 to 20 reps.Then flat barbell presses the same way,and decline the same wat as well. I’m getting a real good pump from doing this workout this way.
