Wednesday, August 12th, 2009Back in action… Woman and life issues had be a lil off track, and i needed some time to think about what i want right now. And i know that now. So back in action, started groggy this morning, hit the gym and threw up some bench, little irked by my loss of strength, but its what i get. Hit the tris and bis. And then shoulder. Ran for about ten minutes and headed home for some breakfast.2 peices wheat bread (i have bread again!!
) 3 peices sliced turkey 4 peices bacon and 3 eggs. I’m out of whey and no money to get more so i needed a way to recharge.
