Hey space, like i said i havent left i just don’t get on as often but that will change soon!I’m going to try and put some new pics 2morrow so ppl don’t think i’ve been slacking off!! which i haven’t!! I just started doing the full body workouts again with redline to burn hopefully 4-8Lbs in a month.I’ve diffently got my size back now so i’m just working on strength and cutting up but not so cutting more strength wise.I’m not happy untill i’m on 225lbs inc. bench….245lbs flat bench…..315lbs deadlift…..shoulders? never been that great but working on it so Powercleans 185Lbs be nice….squats 315lbs….Bicepts and tricepts are always differnt exercises so aslong as their looking good and full!! But once I’m in this –RANGE– i’ll be happy cuz my cardio keeps me from adding muscle QUICK so even though those numbers are like easy to get when yor biking 25-35 miles and running 4-7miles and swimming for an hour at a time you look alot stronger than you really are and i love have the stamina!!
