Another full body workout more high reps and sets 3-4×8-12 Trying to get more of a pump rather than the fatige and i do legs today so thats really gona hurt!! I did 20 laps in he pool and abs at the gym yesterday.

Hey space, like i said i havent left i just don’t get on as often but that will change soon!I’m going to try and put some new pics 2morrow so ppl don’t think i’ve been slacking off!! which i haven’t!! I just started doing the full body workouts again with redline to burn hopefully 4-8Lbs in a month.I’ve diffently got my size back now so i’m just working on strength and cutting up but not so cutting more strength wise.I’m not happy untill i’m on 225lbs inc. bench….245lbs flat bench…..315lbs deadlift…..shoulders? never been that great but working on it so Powercleans 185Lbs be nice….squats 315lbs….Bicepts and tricepts are always differnt exercises so aslong as their looking good and full!! But once I’m in this –RANGE– i’ll be happy cuz my cardio keeps me from adding muscle QUICK so even though those numbers are like easy to get when yor biking 25-35 miles and running 4-7miles and swimming for an hour at a time you look alot stronger than you really are and i love have the stamina!!

ok i’ve been eating heavy and lifting heavy…full body workouts 1 day on 1 day off for about 3 weeks.Took off one week before i start that program,people say they see me getting my true size back.So that makes me feel alot better about myself though my incline bench aint at 225lbs yet i’m still making alot of progress!! lifting and cardio wise! I’m doing a 3 day on 1day off twice just to give my body a break from the full body workouts.

20.80 miles in 60mins and 2 miles running afterwards, so pretty good cardio day i would expect better but one day at a time.

Alright ima go to the gym i like 30 min! My ankle feels weird though? It must of happened when i ran into that tree but i think i should be fine.
