1st Blog/New diet
May 14, 2008So this is my first blog, just thought I’d give an update on my progress. I started lifting in jan. 08, i made progress but unfortunately I tore my ACL playing basketball(and thats a whole nother story, because I could have possibly been playing college ball somewhere if I hadn’t). But that put me out for a couple months because of surgery. So I started back up around May, I had lost some strength that I had but things started to pick up. After a while I seemed to hit a big wall, nothing seemed to be changing physically. Reason being, I wasn’t taking cardio and diet seriously. So I started doing cardio for 30min. 4-5 days a week. That was the easiest of the two. Changing your diet is something that truly takes discipline and dedication. It took me a while to get it right, I would eat healthy for a day or two then I would fall off and that was my cycle. I figured I needed to get something tangible so that I could follow by daily. amh1004 gave me some advice on the jamerjay diet and jxpop gave me advice also(Thanks Guys). So I took jamerjay’s diet and modified it a little and I’ve been going with that for about 2-3 weeks. All of that being said, the change in cardio and diet have definately been the key. I can tell a big difference in the last week.
Well I’m gonna end this blog until next time. I’ll probably be putting some more progress pics up at the end of this week so you guys can see.(Probably.lol.)
