Well I just completed my 1st week of training and I feel great. I noticed that I’ve been having a lot more energy and feeling alot better about myself. I ate 100% clean and didnt miss any workout sessions. I’ve even noticed slight changes in appearance. I’m very excited about the future and what I will soon achieve/look like once I accomplish my goals.
