Hi,
staying motivated is hard. I usually try to find excuses like work, kids etc. In addition, I'm expecting results immediately. My progress has been slow but I have been learned a lot about self-discipline. All I can say is you have to stay motivated if you want to reach your goals. In my case, going to gym is the easy part - the hardest part is to eat clean. Also friends that share same goals are indispensable. Keep your goals realistic and stay motivated! It ain't easy for me - you are not alone :-)

keep going with it. I have the same problem I start to see some changes and celebrate by "cheating" a little with food and it just snowballs. It sucks, I can totally relate. Just keep reminding yourself why you are getting healthier and maybe that will help. You can reach your goals!

I have never found bones in mine and I also use Starkist tune. Maybe the quality control for chicken of the sea isn't very good?

I used to eat a least 1 can of tuna a day and it has only happened to me twice. So I have probably in my life time had over 1000 tins. I live in South Africa and use a local brand. Maybe you were just unlucky. Maybe try switching brands. Just don't skip the tuna, it will also make you a smarter gym rat :)
