Getting back on track!
Tuesday, November 20th, 2007Well I finally had a decent workout. For awhile I was doing so good and noticing changes but when I allowed myself to cheat a little it all started going downhill from there. I’m trying really hard to get back to eating right and consistently working out. I don’t think that I have a ton of weight to lose but my self discipline sucks! I just want to lose this weight once and for all and start feeling good about myself again. Since I don’t have any people around me that are into fitness I am counting on you people to keep an eye on me. I could really use your help!
