Legs…
Thursday, May 31st, 2007Well I’ve been working out and eating better for about three weeks consistently. I don’t think i’ve ever been able to do it for that long. I know…thats sad but so true! Although the numbers on the scale haven’t changed much I can see small changes especially in my lower body. I can see muscles in my legs that I haven’t seen….ever! I think for once I am starting to like my legs! Maybe this summer I will be comfortable wearing shorts and I don’t think that my legs would mind getting some sun either. They really need it lol.
