Smoothies  basally are combination of the calcium and protein in milk, yogurt, and whey powder combined with the fiber in oatmeal and fruit, makes them one of the more filling,

    Smoothies are great, load up the blender with any imaginable combination to make a rich thick shake.
    Dont forget to add the protein powder.
