updates on my powerlifting progress
Monday, April 7th, 2008got my bench up a little higher working on getting 315 kinda low but its my goal , i managed 275 3 reps today personal high , i went back to doing what i used to do for my squat it may seem little odd but for the 3 big lifts i do 7 sets total and only doing 3 reps a set im gonna start doing it for my deads and squats again too 3-4 min rest in between plenty of energy for each lift in allows smaller increases set to set plus i do 6 sets for assistance for chest day back day and leg day alos on chest i do 6 sets for triceps and on back day i do 6 sets bi’s and forearms 8-12 reps on all assistance

wed-shoulders abs
thurs-back bi and forearms
its been working for me so far
my main goal is to get in a power comp before my 19th B-day in september and then a few while im 19 , im working on all my lifts raw right now im repping 375-380 3 to 5 times in the deadlifts about the same in the squats
my ultimate goal for my first comp is 550-580 range for my deadlifts
500-520 in my squat
325 335 in my bench
thats my raw goals
might be a little higher if i go into a suited contest wich i really dont want to looking into maybe august to early september to do a compition sep 22nd is my B-day
if i manage to hit these goals win or lose i’ll be damn happy
