I am writing to advise you of my experiences with Bodybuilding.com thus far. I have used many other supplement websites, and supplement mega-stores. Needless to say, once I began using your website store, all membership cards were destroyed and all other websites were removed from my favorites. The prices are great, the service is second to none, the quality of the product received is better than directly from the manufacturer.
Whenever I order, I receive e-mails advising me of the status of my order and then a follow-up to ensure that the order was received and I was happy with it. In an environment where companies view customers as a number, you stand out with your personalized service. You have made a customer for life and thank you for fulfilling my supplement needs in such outstanding fashion. Have a great day.

BA BAM!!! Ordered yesterday and when I got back from walking my siberian on the bay this morning,(A.M.), my order was waiting for me at the door. TY!! That was lightening fast and I didn’t pay extra for special fast delivery. SUPER job on BB’s job for customer service. You guys must have a web cam on us and knew we NEEDED the products!! HAHA…Thanks again for GREAT service and have a great day.

I just wanted to let the people at Bodybuilding.com know how impressed I am with their service. My good friend recommended your site to me and said that you had great prices. I found that to be true, but most importantly I found that your service was even better! I couldnt believe how fast I recieved my order and that everything that I ordered was included with no mistakes. Since then, I have ordered numerous times and have been completely satisfied with every order I have placed.
I dont always find this with other companies and I have to say that because of your wonderful customer service….that you have my business. I own a small business and I know that if you keep your customers happy, that they will return. You seem to know that concept as well! Mick and Booker,
Thank you both and bodybuilding.com for your continuous support and dedication to my passion. I recently competed in the NPC North Carolina State Bodybuilding/Figure Championships at High Point, NC for my first time on Apr 18.

I had only 8 wks of training upon returning from 15 months in Iraq and this could not have been accomplished without your support. I took 2nd place for Master Division and 3rd place for Open Figure. It was challenging and I’d love to do it again. I’ve attached photos.

I just arrived to Camp Zama, Japan yesterday on military orders. This is where i’ll be the next 3-4 years.
Again, thank you for your support and contributions and I look forward to your continued support as I prepare for the upcoming 3 shows: NPC Europa Super Show Bodybuilding/Figure in Dallas, TX (Aug 15); Houston Am Bodybuilding/Figure Championships in Houston, TX (Aug 29); and All Forces Nationals Bodybuilding/Figure in Tampa, FL (Oct 24). Maybe one in June or July in Japan (date TBD).

This super piece of feedback as just shared around Customer Service. Very inspirational! If it were up to me, you would be hired!
I have to take the time to email you back because, I have to tell you how impressed iam over your company. I have placed many orders over the internet, but I have never been treated the way yoy guys have treated me, I have been in sales all my life and I understand customer service and follow up, but you guys have figured away to really make the customer feel you genuinely care and not just after another sale, and for that I commend you Highly.

Ok so maybe we’re not as gangster as we would like to be, but we certainly sit at the high roller’s table when it comes to world class service, experience, and quality. Won’t you join us?
Here’s some great feedback passed on to me by our fantastic customer service powerhouse Kava Kava Cami. She’s a veritable lightening rod for positive feedback. It’s not shocking to see that she brings out the best in people. In case you wanted to know, lightening does strike twice, just ask the Cami-meister.
It’s about noon on Tuesday. I just received my delicious goodies from you guys. Unreal turn time. I need to get on your staff somehow, sales PR. Impressed isn’t the word my friend.

Bodybuilding.com ROCKS! Online retailers need to take their example and use it as a template for best practices. I can not overstate the case, Bodybuilding.com’s performance is head and shoulders above the rest. Pick a vendor Amazon, NetFlix, it doesn’t matter. Bodybuilding.com consistently gets me my purchases faster than any of them and I have an FPO address - a ship at sea in the Western Pacific. I am always amazed at how fast they do it. Why can’t the others?

Now, it’s easy for a company to say that they will help you achieve your health and fitness goals, but it’s very rare indeed when that company actually follows through with their claim. Bodybuilding.com has built its empire brick by brick on the foundation of fulfilling that promise. That’s the Bodybuilding.com difference.
Ive chatted on BB.Com over 50x now, and that is alot, Ashley was amazing, she seemed so interested in my goals and aspirations and really helped me select a great product as well as giving me a diet plan, she showed alot of genorisity and seemed very caring, she is honestly the best i have experienced, many reps just rush you off the chat box, but she was so calm and never rushed me, we chatted for 30 mins, and she was helpful the whole way, she is great, and i strongly would like to recommend her in any way i can.

I am very satisfied with all the purchases I have made so far in bodybuilding.com. These guys take costumer service for real. They have the largest selection of products at the best overall price. Shipping is very quick. Best of all, unlike most supplement websites, this is a true all in one store and super bodybuilding database with accurate information for all groups.
