Just got this friendly BodySpace email notification and had to share!

HealthyOmi submitted a new comment to your BodySpace profile at 10:20pm on April 30th, 2009. The comment was:

"Hey thank you for following me on Twitter.  BB.com and Bodyspace has been the best thing that has ever happened to me!"

This email came in today from another happy BodySpace member:

"I just set up my bodyspace site last week. I am on bodybuilding.com ALL day while at work. I love reading the blogs and responding to them. Keep up the good work."

"I started here in January because I got out of shape, and from Jan. 2009 to Feb. 2009 my body is taking form. I’m so proud of myself and I love your site. It has really motivated me into exercising again. If u will read my blogs u will see I’m up against a lot but I’m not letting it stand in my way.

I may not reach my Goal by this July but I am looking better and getting back into shape. I’m 42 and will be 43 in July and I think I look good for my age. I want these young woman to know that it doesn’t matter how old u are, u can still look young and good. U get old lookin’ when u don’t take care of yourself and u just let it die slowly.

I have been in-shape once and gained so I know I can do it again and I will do it again but come out lookin’ better than ever before. I’m striving for the goal of turning 44 and lookin’ good in 2010, so I’m working on it now!"
