For me, this has been the most pleasant, efficient, and customer service oriented online shopping experience ever. I placed my order literally two days ago. I not only immediately received my order confirmation in my email, but also a receipt and tracking information. Here I am two days later and my order is in my hand. I wish that more companies were like this one. customer service aren't very honest... you email them regarding your order and they tell you its stuck in customs when in reality it isnt even in your country. the replies are templated and they dont answer the questions you ask them. wont be buying here again, completely dissatisfied
