Thank you both and bodybuilding.com for your continuous support and dedication to my passion. I recently competed in the NPC North Carolina State Bodybuilding/Figure Championships at High Point, NC for my first time on Apr 18.

I had only 8 wks of training upon returning from 15 months in Iraq and this could not have been accomplished without your support. I took 2nd place for Master Division and 3rd place for Open Figure. It was challenging and I'd love to do it again. I've attached photos.

I just arrived to Camp Zama, Japan yesterday on military orders. This is where i'll be the next 3-4 years.

Again, thank you for your support and contributions and I look forward to your continued support as I prepare for the upcoming 3 shows: NPC Europa Super Show Bodybuilding/Figure in Dallas, TX (Aug 15); Houston Am Bodybuilding/Figure Championships in Houston, TX (Aug 29); and All Forces Nationals Bodybuilding/Figure in Tampa, FL (Oct 24). Maybe one in June or July in Japan (date TBD).
