Everyone, from personal trainers and competitors to the weekend warriors need to get their information and products in a timely manner. I’m a graduate business student and I admire the way BB runs their company. You set the standard for the way an e-commerce business should operate: great customer service, fast shipping, prompt responses, very helpful, great prices, coupon codes, free samples, price matching, not to mention Whey Cheap which is a great marketing tool. It seems like you prioritize keeping your customers happy over anything, which in the long run is most important for success.
On top of that… I’m a personal trainer and performance nutritionist and yet I’ve learned more from the BB.com forums then from my certifications! I mentioned this to you guys before and I stand by it now that I will never shop at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe or any online competitors for my supplements.
