I am quite fond of your website. Many other webpages are hard to read and do not clarify what some of their products actually are. I have tried to search for products, but this website is the only one that I will ever use and recommend to my fellow soldiers. Teleporting orders? Our secret is out!

I don’t know how he fount out, but the secret behind our lightening fast order delivery speed is out!  What will we think of next?!

Nonetheless, check out this great comment:

Yeah, I’m happy with the service, but can you explain how you consistently get the protein to me in a little under 48 hours. This last delivery was ordered @8 PM Sunday evening and was on my doorstep @ 9 AM Monday morning. How is it possible that I ordered after normal business hours on a Sunday and it was processed, packaged, and shipped before I even got out the door the following morning? Do you have a warehouse in NW Baltimore? This isn’t the first time, but the fastest. Are you guys trying to improve on your speed each time? Wow! I’ll keep ordering if you keep teleporting.

Great customer service doesn’t always stop when the phone call ends.  Sometimes the best customer service comes when the customer isn’t expecing it.  Take a moment to read this story sent in here by one of our customers:

“I’m glad you sent me an email because I do have some things to say to you.

First, I am totally impressed with your company. I really needed this MRM meta meal fast so that I
could be consistent with my new program. Unfortunately, I waited too long to order and was told that
the shipping time was 3-5 business days. I was disappointed but appreciated the honesty.

Now, I could of paid extra and you offered me the opportunity but I am too much of a value oriented
shopper to pay high shipping costs. Another words, I like to save money by buying right and your
prices were very, very good, by far, better then mostly everyone.

Now, here is the great part of my experience. I ordered four boxes late afternoon and when I pulled into my
driveway the next day about 3:00 or 4:00, there in the driveway was my UPS shipment.
of meta meal. Wow, was I happy. That was less than 24 hours. Was I a great manifestor? Was Bodybuilding.com a great
customer oriented company? Was UPS a great shipper? I think all three but I will tell you this, I noticed that the girl who
took my order felt the frustration in my voice that I was in a hurry and I think she did her best to get the
order processed quickly.

Now, I noticed that you are doing some follow-up customer satisfaction inquiry by sending me this email. Well-done,
you get my highest rating for customer service. Can you keep up the good work? I have a feeling that the right integrity
is behind this company. I will place another order of four boxes in a day or two. Thank you and just to let you know,
I do not personally know anyone in your company.”
