I am writing to advise you of my experiences with Bodybuilding.com thus far. I have used many other supplement websites, and supplement mega-stores. Needless to say, once I began using your website store, all membership cards were destroyed and all other websites were removed from my favorites. The prices are great, the service is second to none, the quality of the product received is better than directly from the manufacturer.

Whenever I order, I receive e-mails advising me of the status of my order and then a follow-up to ensure that the order was received and I was happy with it. In an environment where companies view customers as a number, you stand out with your personalized service. You have made a customer for life and thank you for fulfilling my supplement needs in such outstanding fashion.  Have a great day.

BA BAM!!!  Ordered yesterday and when I got back from walking my siberian on the bay this morning,(A.M.), my order was waiting for me at the door. TY!! We have been receiving some great feedback lately from a few of our customers.  Everyone, from personal trainers and competitors to the weekend warriors need to get their information and products in a timely manner.  I love to hear that we were able to fill their need when needed!  Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback!!  

I’m a graduate business student and I admire the way BB runs their company. You set the standard for the way an e-commerce business should operate: great customer service, fast shipping, prompt responses, very helpful, great prices, coupon codes, free samples, price matching, not to mention Whey Cheap which is a great marketing tool. It seems like you prioritize keeping your customers happy over anything, which in the long run is most important for success.

On top of that… I’m a personal trainer and performance nutritionist and yet I’ve learned more from the BB.com forums then from my certifications! I mentioned this to you guys before and I stand by it now that I will never shop at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe or any online competitors for my supplements.

Thank you both and bodybuilding.com for your continuous support and dedication to my passion.  I recently competed in the NPC North Carolina State Bodybuilding/Figure Championships at High Point, NC for my first time on Apr 18.  

I had only 8 wks of training upon returning from 15 months in Iraq and this could not have been accomplished without your support.  I took 2nd place for Master Division and 3rd place for Open Figure.  It was challenging and I’d love to do it again.  I’ve attached photos.

I just arrived to Camp Zama, Japan yesterday on military orders.  This is where i’ll be the next 3-4 years.  

Again, thank you for your support and contributions and I look forward to your continued support as I prepare for the upcoming 3 shows:  NPC Europa Super Show Bodybuilding/Figure in Dallas, TX (Aug 15); Houston Am Bodybuilding/Figure Championships in Houston, TX (Aug 29); and All Forces Nationals Bodybuilding/Figure in Tampa, FL (Oct 24).  Maybe one in June or July in Japan (date TBD).

Yeah, I’m happy with the service, but can you explain how you consistently get the protein to me in a little under 48 hours. This last delivery was ordered @8 PM Sunday evening and was on my doorstep @ 9 AM Monday morning. How is it possible that I ordered after normal business hours on a Sunday and it was processed, packaged, and shipped before I even got out the door the following morning? Do you have a warehouse in NW Baltimore? This isn’t the first time, but the fastest. Are you guys trying to improve on your speed each time? Wow! I’ll keep ordering if you keep teleporting.
