October 16, 2008 - The beginning of my bodybuilding journey. I’m on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower and workout on the ship’s gym. I just started working out last underway somewhat but then we came home for 5 days and I didn’t do a thing, except eat junk food (Marie Calender’s pot pie, Busch Garden’s food on Saturday and other junk). However I’m now underway and ready to start this thing. Luckily I work with Enz and he’s pretty dedicated. He’s got supplements and everything. I’ve just got some protein I’ve inherited from guys who have left the ship. It doesn’t matter. I’ll get good use out it. I’ll let you know tomorrow night how workout number 1 goes.
17Oct08 - Worked out legs with BigEnz. I’ve done my own routine for the past 3 weeks and I’m going to sync my routine with his. But not all the way. I like the B-F-L method of lifting 5 sets slowly. I like to concentrate on the muscle and squeeze if I can, rather than just add weight and lift carelessly. But I guess that’s what puts on the size.
