Day 3 and I’ve got a buddy
Today is day 3. Back and biceps. I didn’t do very well with biceps. I’ve never liked working with them unless I they burn. It will take a week to get sync up my workout with my workout partner. I ate too much dinner though. I’ve got to stop that. I also made my first forum entry and got my first friend on Bodyspace. Thanks amysuds. Back will be sore tomorrow.
