My daughter cam down with Pink Eye so i am forced to take the rest of the week off. I think that the time off might actually be good for my body. I will hopefully be hitting the weights again on Monday!!

Awwww! Sorry to hear about her pink eye! Make sure you wash your hands often so you don’t end up with it as well! Rest up, and enjoy the bonus time with the little one.
You know things happen for a reason right? Maybe your girl got what she got to give you a break. That, or she has learned a valuable lesson as to what to put in her eyes… *don’t worry I’m joking* Enjoy the rest while you can!
Yes, sorry to hear about the pink eye. I would get that as a child and my eye would literally be glued shut in the mornings. Uh, TMI? Wishing her a speedy and full recovery, of course.
And the rest will do you good. I’ve read you should take a week off every eight weeks or so. Rest and recovery!
