Saturday, November 22nd, 2008It is time to really start to find whether my body has the abilit to pack on the muscle I need in order to take myself to the next level in bodybuilding. I have just revamped my diet to include 300 Grams of protein per day along with at least 300 carbs a day with a total caloric intake of at least 4500. My goal is to at least be able to pack on 15 pounds of muscle in 365 days from today. by the the end of this year I expect my weight to be tipping toward 220 and at least 230 by next year. I am currently 198 ad I have been 220 in the past so I hope to reach that weight relatively quickly. I gues mor realistically I hope to be 220 by at least febuary. I plan on using cytogainer, salmon, sweet potatoes, red meat and chiken breast to get there……I hope to keep you all a informed of my journey to 230 lbs.
