New to BB
Hi! I’m Cristina and happy to be a new member of bodybuilding.com. I’ve wanted to look into the site for a couple of months and have some pretty detailed goals, but have recently found out I’m pregnant. So, I figure I can start a foundation to make recovery easier and then start on my true bodybuilding goals. Any tips from experienced members are very welcome

I think a good way to workout is to have a workout partner. The best way to work out with a workout partner is with 10×10’s. That’s when you take turns doing 10 reps for ten sets. That way you only have like 15 seconds between your sets and so you get a good burn on the later sets and the two people can push each other.

congratulations!!! and welcome to BB. I recomend you talk to your doctor about working out while you are pregnant. My wife did, but mostly limited it to walking and she didn’t put on very much weight. From my experience the trick will be finding time and energy to work out after junior is born. Good luck.
