My cable is out…. some how in the perfect weather outside our satellite dish got blown off the bldg…. I know this becuase I saw it on the ground with the dish guy trying to figure out how to get it back up on my way to the gym.
So what is a girl suppose to do with no cable…. get addicted to bodyspace again what else….
I am so sorry bodyspace for our bad break up…. please forgive me for my past yr of no comments, emails or updates. For putting half & half in my coffee and eating pizza at least a week, If you will forgive me I promise to make you proud…. go back to my loving life of tuna pkts and Crystal Light.
And to rekindle our love hate relationship I am blogging on bodyspace with my wine glass full of crystal light lemonade…. true love!

Okay that just sounded it good thats all!
After about a yr of being MIA I am back full force with more motivation than ever before… I have missed all of my body space friends tons!!
So lets get to the fun part…. I am feeling a little big ( back up to almost 170) but I know with the support and encouragement of my friends it’ll be back off in no time!!

As many of you know I was suppose to married June 1st… well things didn’t work out. In the process of breaking up and 5 months I also gained 12lbs… so I need to get back on the band wagon and work it off.

Thats what I am wearing as I write in my blog. I am getting the mental prep ready for the in-law house, my weakness when it comes to dieting.
On an upside though my mom got me staionary bike and a Nintendo Ds for X-Mas to help with my cardio…. what can I say I have a healthy minded family!

I am in Day 3 of my Post-Op recovery. Thank God for pain meds and a great supportive family. The surgery went great and my doc said I am healing beautifuly. I can’t wait to try on posing suits in a couple weeks.

Something tells me if you are reading this blog then you have a lunchbox and not just any lunch box a big one. I went over to see my mom last night and she was making some pasta dish that I knew I couldn’t eat. In her sweet mom way she offered to make something different for me, no need mom I have my lunch box in the car, so I run downstairs and grab it and bring it back, she teased me the rest of the night about her little girl carries a lunch box for emergencys. What do you carry in yours?

Only 9 days till my “upgrade” I have followed all of my doctors instructions, no multivitamins, no supplements not even advil. I was worried about getting back to training after my surgery so that I will be able to start cutting for the Coleman. I get full access back into the gym right at my 16 week countdown point. The good news is I can start walking again for some light cardio within a few days and I’ll be back to moderate cardio ( as long as it doesn’t cause heavy bouncing) within 2 weeks…

I havn’t been able to update for the past 5 weeks… where the hell did those weeks go?
Okay a quick update for everyone. I am 9 days away from surgery, elective so its a super good thing. I am also only 6 months away from my wedding ( yippie) and 20 weeks from the coleman classic.
I am heading out right now for my am cardio, 45 minutes elpitical trainer.
