My days off…
Okay to explain my workout schedule first let me explain my work schedule. I am a 911 dispatcher who works 5:45am -5:45 pm, I live an hr from my work so I am up at 4am everyday and don’t get home till after 7….. becuase of this I only train on my days off which thanks to my crazy schedule is 3-4 days a week OFF.
My workout today was cardio @ 11am ( I slept in) weights @ 3pm and cardio again @ about 8 ( i hate the gym when its busy).
So I love to devote my time off to my family, friends and the gym. I know if I am going to go pro I am going to have to find a way to work more efficantly with my schedule for now I do the best I can with what I have.
