32 is a long week
I am sitting in front of my computer savoring my yummy protein pudding…. why is it that this taste so good. When you do 2 hours of cardio on some days you have to find ways to stay motivated. Mine is music…. I treat myself to one new song my IPOD after each cardio session. The one I am downloading today is MANEATER- Nelly Fueto this song rocks and brings me to the training high I crave so well. Its the point where the sweat on covering your body and you really feel you could take on any force of evil without a second though.
I am blessed with one of the best trainers in history ( ok so I am a little bias). We trained yesterday and trust me when I woke this morning I knew it. It take a tough workout to make me this sore…. thank god for my jacuzzi tub!
