Wow. Plus, they are theless healthy cookies (Normal Oreo). Cookies are full of oils ! Often, it says 0 Trans Fat but when you look in the ingredients, it is listed "Hydrogenated Oil", or somethings like that. And that means trans fat !
I’m trying to eat as Organic as I can, but for dessert, cookies and sugar cravings… that’s still my weakness ! Sometimes I have chocolate or sugar rage.
However dear lady, in all respect, if you want to eat healthy chocolate, There is some excellent chocolate, but do not eat commercial chocolate. Normally, healthy chocolate contains between 76% and 99% cacao paste. And it should be the first ingredient. Personally, I can eat 86% cacao chocolate, but it might be tuff at first, It seems really bitter. I can’t eat the 99% one however. But, if you can’t eat the 86%, there is some sweet 76% cacao chocolate, those are excellent and healthy. Often, there is 76% chocolate with nice things in it. Like 76% Cacao with coffee and cacao chips, or Orange bits, ect. The 86% does not have those luxury taste, it’s only chocolate. The trick with the 86% cacao is to eat some pieces of it. Not just one. The first piece will seems bitter, but as you eat 2 or 3 pieces, you will taste the sugar, and Halleluya.. it will be real good.
But, try the natural 76% Cacao first, and then try aromatized ones. Like Coffee and Cacao Bits, or Orange Bits.
And voilà ! You can say that YES, there is some reallllllly nice and HEALTHY chocolate ! enjoy
