Room Service

While traveling it can often be hard to eat clean, I was surprised this morning that I was able to custom order my breakfast, 3 ehh white omlete with peppers, onions and tomatos. To give me all the energy I need to make it through the expo and them womens finals tonight!!

Oh and thank god they had coffee!

Vegas

We are in Vegas and the first thing that happen was TSA took my EMPTY shaker…. okay so now we can have 3oz of shampoo but an empty shaker is going to take down a 757, riiiiiiight………….

I am starving, and we don’t have time to stop and grab something to eat before we go see KA at MGM. No need to fret…. its sushi time afterwards!

Why in my underwear?

I got a e-mail earlier asking why the title of my blog is dancing in my underwear… how do you get pumped up for your cardio?

Now you have an idea… I turn on my favorite music of the day, wake my fiance and neighbors and dance in my underwear, Billy Idol style….. dancing by myself…

Not to mention a good 80% of the time when I get around to doing my favorite thing (playing on bbing.com) I am in my PJ’s!

Pudding

I am having some of the Stallones Banana Creme High Protein Pudding and I have came to the conclusion that it really shouldn’t taste this good…. it is the post cardio high that makes it so yummy or the body no longer knowing what sugar is?

I just woke up and am having a bowl of protein plus cearl and skim milk…. this is like my favorite meal of the day ( meal 1) because it actually has some kind of taste, I think. My best friend coffee rounds out the meal to be my favorite, yum.

I am sitting in front of my computer savoring my yummy protein pudding…. why is it that this taste so good. When you do 2 hours of cardio on some days you have to find ways to stay motivated. Mine is music…. I treat myself to one new song my IPOD after each cardio session. The one I am downloading today is MANEATER- Nelly Fueto this song rocks and brings me to the training high I crave so well. Its the point where the sweat on covering your body and you really feel you could take on any force of evil without a second though.

I am blessed with one of the best trainers in history ( ok so I am a little bias). We trained yesterday and trust me when I woke this morning I knew it. It take a tough workout to make me this sore…. thank god for my jacuzzi tub!

32 weeks out

I have set a contest date and downloaded a little timer on my laptop so that everytime I sit here and think to myself that going to the kitchen to grab a snack will get me through the day I can remind myself that I am training for my first contest. I hope that you can follow me on my 32 week adventure.  While I am learning to drink my coffee with out cream welcome… to the longest 32 weeks of my life!! Yee haw!
