Back Into the Routine
Dear BodyBlog, it’s been a while huh? I took a three week break because work and studies was catching up to me, but I started back at the gym on Monday and today is Wednesday so this is the second workout of this week for me.
One of the things that I still don’t get is how my deadlift and squat stats are decent but my bench stats aren’t too flashy… in fact it is a bit dismal.
I’ve also lost a lot of weight. Currently sitting around 74 KG which is 10 pounds less than my max. Strange thing is, despite losing so much weight, I still look bigger than previously overall.
Back on the bulking and making sure I eat properly whilst also taking a weight gainer. We’ll see how things pan out over the next few days.
