Dear BodyBlog, so as you know, as I missed out my arms workout last week, I combined it with my back workout on Monday. Well, yesterday I missed my leg day, so I’m thinking I’ll just do it today, and combine arms with it just for fun, or am I just taking it perhaps a little too far?
I remember what happened last week with legs. I could hardly walk! Oh wait, what if, I can’t walk, and then can’t use my arms at the same time from working those two in the same day? I’d be like one of those vegetables you read about in chain emails: "Hi, I have no arms, no legs and no eyes."
Well before I head on off to my workout, time to do a bit of ilecturing on the internet as I missed some classes this week.
By the way, anyone want to become my personal chef?

Dear BodyBlog, wowee so it looks like this blog was (and still is) a featured blog! Now how do you like them apples eh?
So because I missed out on arms day last week, I ended up combining back and arms on Monday (is that possible?), took Tuesday off, and went back in today for chest. I’m feeling ppumppeehh!
Wait, I have a question. What’s the deal with my weight fluctuating between the 72 KG mark all the time? What’s the problem? I gain weight up to about 74 KG, then the next day I’ll be at 71 etc. Is it all the water fluctuation?
Keeping up the diet is tough work. Eating isn’t a problem, it is the actual meal preparation. I need someone to do it for me I think.
So even though my weight hasn’t really changed that much I feel bigger. This better be normal, or there will be hell to pay. This most likely means I’ll visit the closest Mickey D’s and pig out of their cheese burgers (hmmm darn they’re some good stuff).

Dear BodyBlog, so it’s not hurting as bad today. But it’s got me thinking, maybe it hurt so much because I didn’t get to sleep until 5 AM the other night?

Dear BodyBlog, I woke up today and my legs are hurtin’ something fierce. Feels like they’ve got a million micro tears in them. It hurts to walk. This can’t be good. Ahhhhh. AHHHHH!

Dear BodyBlog, so let me tell you a story. I think leg day is the day that really pushes me, as I always finish up each excercise feeling like I’m about to die and the pump afterwards isn’t too bad either woo! It actually looks like the swelling that occurs after I’ve dislocated my knee, and popped it back into place from dancing all night at the clubs (it happened to a friend but that’s a different story). So does this mean that I’m not pushing myself hard enough the other days?
So I didn’t realise how much I pushed it when I started walking out the gym. I was walking like a disabled person. Then I took my first step down the stairs and nearly fell over. I walked the entire way down the stairs like I had no legs. Today was really the first time I realised how many steps there were at my university from the gym to where I park the car oh jeez.
Add to that feeling of needing to chuck, well you get the picture. Some food and water in the car put that to rest.
So I had about two hours to spare before heading off to the recording studio so I drove to the law building… and after paying the parking meter, I decide to walk up three flights of stairs instead of taking the elevator just to see what would happen. I took one step at a time. It was painful but it worked. So I took two steps at a time. Each bound felt like an elephant was sitting on my shoulders. Just for fun, I took three steps at a time and that didn’t quite work out so well. After three flights of stairs, I just hobbled on over to the elevator instead.
So now here I am in the computer lab, sitting in this chair that suddenly feels really comfortable.

Dear BodyBlog, chest day today! I actually went in during noon after interviewing a few new candidates for this organisation I’m a part of. Usually I go to the gym late at night … say 10:00 PM? Well it’s now 12:10 AM. I guess there goes my desire to sleep at 10:30 PM every night. I don’t think it is possible when you’re a university student. Too many assignments to do.

Dear BodyBlog, I can actually see myself growing bigger. Is this what they call newbie gains? Heck yes. Keep them coming! So anyway, I had this question. If I drink 10 pounds of water in thirty minutes and don’t pee, am I 10 pounds heavier than I was before I drank the water? Think about it!

Dear BodyBlog, sometimes I can’t be bothered eating every 2-3 hours because I really can’t be bothered. Furthermore, what is up with arm day? It doesn’t feel like I’m working anything at all (meaning the pump isn’t as much as leg day). Maybe it’s just weights.
I guess time to get off my butt and go eat something.
Oh by the way, this must be working, because I’ve grown an inch in my chest and arms whahey!
