Dear BodyBlog, the biggest pump I get is from leg day. Is it because I really just don’t care how much I lift of press on leg day and just pile on the weights for fun? Apparantly it’s one of the most important days in your workout but for some reason when I do my deadlifts, the bar keeps scraping my knees because I’m trying to keep my back straight… that can’t be good.

Dear BodyBlog, I’ve done day two today of the four day split. I just need to ask the question, why, when doing a four day split, aren’t we "allowed" to just go Monday through to Thurday? Monday (back), Tuesday (chest), Wednesday (legs), and Thursday (arms).
Well there goes my promise, again, to sleep at 10:30 PM. I spent the time over at a cousin’s house talking about relationships woo! Now if only my relationship with my promises were as strong.

Dear BodyBlog, I finally did it. I hit the gym again. So now, I guess it gets serious! Back day, tomorrow chest, Thurday legs and Friday arms. Four day split must equate to a four day happiness thing. Funny thing is, regardless of how much I eat, I seem to lose weight. That is really not cool.
I guess my promise to sleep at 10:30 every night got blown out of the water again huh. What is up with that! I did some thinking, and as long as you work out regularly and eat good food, there should be no reason why you aren’t growing. Unless you have this horrid yeast infection that eats away at you.

Dear BodyBlog, so trying to pack on some muscle is cool and all, but the hardest thing I think is actually keeping the eating regular. Most days, I eat every 2-3 hours fine, but some days I just can’t be arsed (like today). What the duece?

Dear BodyBlog, it is Friday, and it is 12:41 PM and I really can’t be arsed going to the gym because it takes 30 minutes to drive there. It is bad, I know and I really shouldn’t miss another workout should I? Yeah, I can’t. I guess the hardest part is putting on the shoes, after that everything is easy.

I leave for travel for a month, and take a month off gym before leaving to concentrate on music and exams, and when I come back, I’m back to square one. I worked up to 60 KG on the bench press, did 27.5 KG with dumbbell presses and 90 KG with dead lifts, and now I’m doing 40 KG on the bench press, 15 KG with dumbbell presses and 40 KG with dead lifts. This blows… big time.

Dear BodyBlog, it’s 2:34 AM and I should get some sleep shouldn’t I. Yeah I know, I should be sleeping at 10:30 PM but all those comedy nights and hours procrastinating really make me stay up.
Yes I know that the body heals itself and builds muscle when I sleep, and I confess that I have missed my 10:30 PM sleep times many times over, but I swear, just like I did 100 times when New Years came, that I will sleep from now on at 10:30 PM. That and that I won’t miss another workout like I did today.

Dear BodyBlog, I think I’m high on coffee or something, because the first thing I had to write in this blog is something that really doesn’t make much sense other than "Welcome!" The hell? I hope I’m making some form of sense to someone out there, because sometimes I scare myself and get this, I can do it without even trying. Now THAT is talent.
So, I have been a member of www.bodybuilding.com for a while now, and thought hey, I should get stuck into all this stuff because I have been visiting this place for a while for tips and such. Not to mention that now I am actually on a bodybuilding diet and program to pack on some muscle because I’m in the entertainment industry, well we will see how it goes!
Well I just got to say, one of the favourite parts of this new lifestyle is I actually get to eat as much as I want. I shoot for every 2-3 hours now, but you want to know something retarded? The more I eat, the more weight I seem to lose. Now THAT is stupid. Can somebody save me? It’s weird isn’t it, sometimes I can go through an entire day without eating.
Anyways, looks like the beautiful beginning of a beautiful relationship. Oh who am I kidding hahahahaha!
