IT’S COLD
I have received some comments on my last blog, I really appreciate that. I will try out the 10 minutes of cardio at a time, maybe just to build up so I can run when the weather gets warmer - cuz it’s snowing again! ;o( BLAH! Oh well, what do you do. I am still taking my DREN and feel like I may have lost about an inch or so on my waist, I guess I should measure before and after huh? ;o) Tootles

Yes - divide the cardio into smaller sections and then build them up. Snow does suck and so does the cold. Cheer up - suimmers on the way.
