The squats were with good form all the way down to 90 degress. Sets hurt like hell, and I regretted having breakfast 20min before the workout… silly me! But compeleted the sets with good intensity!

Deadlifts, damn hard straight after squats, warm up set of 10 at 60kg, then 3 sets at 80kg’s, felt good and strong but slightly sick, most likely due to the food inside my stomach.

Overall a tough workout, good intensity and felt really strong. No tingles from the PW though.

Had my Purple Wraath and Green Mag arrive in the post, never tried either so was curious to see what all the hype was about. Was shoulder day, since I had work in the gym early that morning I was quite tired, but took my GM round 50 minutes prior and then PW pre and during, and had a pretty decent worout.

Upright rows ( 1st set warmup with BB, 2nd set with 30kg 12resps, 3rd set 40kg 12 then 2 more sets at 50kg for 8 reps)

Lateral raises, 3 sets, 10-11 reps at 13.5kg.

Posterior delt rear raises 3 sets, 15reps, 10.5kg

Good overall workout, and seemed to have mroe energy thanks to the supplements, also noticed a pretty massive pump on the delts, they were like rocks!

:)

Todays workout:

Dumble chest on flat bench (3 sets x 12reps ) 35kg each side, then incline bench, same deal but at 33.5kg then finally cable flies with 26kg each side. Was a good workout and good to finally have a decent training partner for chest again to really getting me fired up! Time for some protein I think!

Well currently working out 5days per week, with a split down the middle,

Monday, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Saturday are training days, while Wednesday and Sunday are off days. (even god had a rest day so so be it )

Currently looking at 8-10 reps on exercises, really pushing it to the max on ALL exercises, no drop sets or anything, with a 2min rest between sets. (I find the longer rest has REALLY helped increase my size)

Today was Biceps, went amazingly well for a later than usual workout (2pm)

3 exercises (3 sets of each) barbell curls (25kg) Hammer curls (25kg) and Concentrationm curls (never done these so much weaker on then than a standard curl) (12.5kg)

Huge pump afterwards and intensity was great, creatine mono really helping. Lots of water and high protein diet.
