Thrashing Biceps and Triceps
Monday, February 26th, 2007Well this was one sick workout, did both muscle groups.
Ezy curl bar 30kg (3sets x 8-10reps) Felt really good
Cable machine curles 50kg (3sets at 10reps)
Hammer curl, 25kg (3 sets at 8 reps)
Rope pull down 40kg (3 sets at 8reps)
Bar pushdown 48kg (3 sets at 8reps)
Reverse bar pull down 30kg (3 sets at 8reps)
Amazing pump after the workout and during, may be the GM and PW really kicking in, felt amazing and strong as hell!
